About the Facilities Roshana Elsternwick Aged Care is a 45‑bed facility in Elsternwick, overlooking Hopetoun Park and close to shops, cafés, cinema and local churches.

The purpose‑built home offers comfortable rooms, lounge areas, sensory space, gardens and barbecue area, with 24/7 nursing support. We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our aged care team at Elsternwick, in a permanent part‑time capacity.

About the Role We are seeking two skilled and reliable Maintenance Officers to join our team and ensure our aged care facilities remains safe, functional, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their work, and can manage a variety of maintenance tasks in a busy environment.

What You Will Be

Doing - Perform general maintenance and repair work across the facility - Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues - Maintain building systems, equipment, and fixtures - Assist with preventative maintenance programs - Ensure the facility grounds are clean, protected,
