Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine to lead and support maintenance operations within a customer site environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of board machine assets while driving safety, team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Support maintenance budget management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, and reliability improvements.

Maintain engineering standards and operational excellence.

Participate in on-call support and plant maintenance activities as required.

Mechanical Engineering diploma/ degree or similar.

Competencies and skills Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Work towards explicit goals and achieve measurable business targets.
