CELOTTI WORKFORCE is partnering with leading civil and mining contractors to recruit experienced Major Plant Operators for FIFO projects across the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced operators on a range of heavy machinery, including (but not limited to):

- Dozers
- Graders
- Excavators
- Loaders
- Haul Trucks
- Moxy's
- Watercarts

Responsibilities include:

- Safely operating heavy machinery in accordance with site procedures.
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance.
- Working across civil, mining and infrastructure projects.
- Following site safety procedures and project specifications.
- Meeting daily production targets while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Reporting machinery faults, hazards and safety concerns promptly.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Demonstrated experience operating major plant machinery.
- Relevant RII competencies/tickets for machinery operated.
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Physically fit and safety-focused.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to working FIFO rosters.

What We Can Offer:

- $48.00 - $57.00 per hour flat rate.
- FIFO opportunities with flights covered from Darwin only.
