What role will you play?

As a Solution Designer, you will work across business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions that support strategic initiatives and business transformation. You will gather and analyse requirements, map business processes, and use data-driven insights to help shape technology outcomes that improve efficiency, automation, and client experiences. You will also collaborate with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business needs while aligning with risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.

What You Offer

- 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technology Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar solution design role, with a track record of working across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience gathering requirements, analysing data, and translating complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Experience using data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and SQL, to support decision-making and solution design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to build strong relationships and simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences
- Exposure to agile delivery environments and a robust interest in emerging technologies, including experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Claude to improve analysis, productivity, and delivery outcomes
