What You'll Be Doing

- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
- Supporting participants to build confidence, develop life skills, and increase independence.
- Encouraging social inclusion and participation in community activities
- Developing positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and other stakeholders.
- Promoting dignity, choice, rights,



and inclusion in every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
- Is reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
- Can work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, and active nights.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Brings a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience to their work.
- Holds or is willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR certification.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification
- Experience in disability support, aged care, community services, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred support practices.
