We're partnering with a global leader in specialist HVAC and climate control solutions to recruit an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead a national service team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HVAC leader who enjoys combining technical expertise with operational management, customer engagement and team development.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll oversee national service operations, manage key customer relationships and play a major role in driving operational performance across Australia.

The Role

As the Service Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of national service operations while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a national HVAC service team across NSW, VIC and QLD.
- Managing service delivery, contracts and operational performance.
- Acting as the senior operational contact for key national customers.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing technicians and supervisors.
- Driving customer satisfaction and long‑term client relationships.
- Managing service contracts, KPIs, SLAs and project deliverables.
- Improving operational efficiency, technician utilisation and service quality.




- Leading technical discussions around system performance, maintenance strategies and service improvements.
- Overseeing safety, compliance and quality standards across the business.
- Supporting interstate operations with occasional travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience within commercial HVAC service.
- Previous leadership experience managing technicians or service teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service operations.
- Experience managing customer relationships and service contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with strong operational planning ability.
- Contractor Licence highly regarded.
- Comfortable travelling approximately 30% as required.
