Our client is a well-established insurance organisation with a significant presence in the Australian market. The business operates across several areas of the insurance value chain, with a strong focus on client money handling, regulatory compliance, and operational governance.
Trust accounting is a core part of the business, covering premium flows, trust monies, insurer settlements, and transactional finance activity across multiple entities. This creates a strong focus on trust governance, regulatory compliance, reconciliation integrity, cash management, and operational controls.

- Maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and manage breach identification, investigation and remediation
- Lead and develop onshore and offshore transactional finance teams, partnering with compliance, procurement and technology stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow platform optimisation
- Deliver operational reporting and insights to senior management
Key Requirements
