Enjoinery – a Gold Coast-based custom joinery and interior fit-out business delivering tailored residential, commercial and hospitality solutions. The company combines technical planning, in-house production and coordinated project delivery to create functional, high-quality spaces. As a Management Consultant at Enjoinery, you will review business operations, identify performance improvements and develop practical strategies across project delivery, production, procurement and administration.

This position requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Analyse business processes, management systems and operating procedures across design, workshop production, procurement, installation and administration.
- Consult with directors, and team members to identify workflow constraints, organisational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Review project planning, scheduling and resource allocation to support efficient delivery of residential, commercial and hospitality joinery projects.
- Evaluate handovers between design, drafting, manufacturing and site teams and recommend practical workflow improvements.




- Assess procurement, supplier coordination, material usage and inventory controls to reduce costs, delays and waste.
- Develop revised procedures, management controls, reporting frameworks and performance measures aligned with company objectives.
- Analyse project costs, margins, budgets and operational data to support informed decision-making and improved commercial performance.
- Recommend strategies to strengthen quality assurance, deadline management, client communication and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Support implementation of approved recommendations, monitor results and prepare management reports on business improvement outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Management Consultant.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and business process improvement skills.
- Experience reviewing operational systems, project workflows and organisational performance.
- Excellent stakeholder consultation, written communication and report-writing skills. Salary:

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $79,000 – $95,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
