The Harvey Norman Bundall Bathroom’s team is seeking a passionate and driven Manager/2IC. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Great Service, Always!
Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential – we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and gross profit targets
- Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
- Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
- Ensure all sales processes are completed thoroughly
- Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards
- Communicate with suppliers and manage faulty stock returns
- Act as a key point of contact for customers
- Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
- Represent the brand professionally and proactively manage expectations
- Maintain product knowledge and engage with customer needs
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years retail experience
- Previous management experience in a retail setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to leadership
