Manager (Business Advisory) – Melbourne CBD We're looking for a Manager (Business Advisory) to join our Melbourne CBD team. You'll build trusted relationships with clients, lead and develop a high‑performing team, and help create an engaged, collaborative culture where people are supported to grow and deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll manage a diverse client portfolio while leading a team of talented accountants, helping them develop professionally and deliver high quality outcomes for our clients. You'll deliver quality outcomes, help clients stay ahead of change, and create an environment where your team can learn, grow and succeed. - Build, manage and grow a diverse client portfolio.
- Lead advisory projects, including financial analysis, cash flow forecasting and business transformation initiatives.
- Deliver consistently exceptional client service and identify opportunities to add value.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, helping them build confidence, technical capability and trusted client relationships.

workflow and deadlines while supporting your team to succeed.
- Review financial statements, income tax returns and other compliance work prepared by the team.
- Provide technical guidance and perform quality reviews to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Identify advisory opportunities that help clients achieve their business goals. Who we’re looking for You have at least 8–10 years' experience in public practice accounting, are CA or CPA qualified, and hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. You're confident using Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Workiro, NowInfinity, Xero and MYOB. You move comfortably between the detail and the bigger picture, understanding both the technical aspects of accounting and the importance of building trusted, long‑term client relationships.
