In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, lead and mentor a team of accountants, and play an active role in the strategic growth and direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of business, family group, and high-net-worth clients.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work.
- Provide strategic tax and business advisory services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and intermediate team members.
- Manage workflow, client deliverables, and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for practice growth and business development.
- Contribute to operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

About You
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Proven experience within Australian public practice accounting.




- Previous experience in a Manager or Senior Manager position.
- Strong technical taxation and business advisory expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in practice leadership.
