Reporting to the Executive Manager - Delivery Lead, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of BI and AI initiatives across Financial Services. You'll work with stakeholders across Finance, technology teams and business partners to develop analytics solutions, improve reporting processes and support the adoption of automated insights across the Group.

We partner across Finance, Audit, Treasury, Property, Procurement, Climate Strategy and Investor Relations to deliver trusted reporting, analytics and operational improvements. The team focuses on reporting automation, analytics capability uplift, data curation, BI platform support and modern analytics practices across Financial Services.

Your impact

Your day could look like, but not be limited to:

Building productive relationships across Finance teams, Platform Product Owners, Line 1 Risk and broader business stakeholders.

Supporting the delivery of BI and analytics initiatives from discovery through to implementation.

Driving adoption of automated analytics and reporting solutions.

Working hands-on with data, reporting and analytics tools to solve business problems.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer outcomes.





We're interested in hearing from people who have

Experience working within Finance teams and partnering closely with Finance stakeholders.

CBA Finance experience, including exposure to month-end processes, financial control, reporting or journal preparation.

Experience analysing and interpreting expense information and datasets to support reporting, insights and business decision making.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools such as Tableau.

Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.

CA/CPA qualification or working towards completion will be highly regarded.
