You are organised and able to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of quality output and attention to detail. Beyond having a passion for risk, you also enjoy coaching and mentoring others and bring a positive, proactive attitude to the work you do.

Responsibilities

- Lead the scoping, planning, execution and delivery of a variety of assurance and advisory engagements and projects.
- Build trusted client relationships and confidently engage with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor and support team members, helping them develop their capability and deliver high-quality work.
- Apply strong problem-solving, critical thinking and strategic judgement to complex client challenges.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership and industry engagement on behalf of Amstelveen.
- Help shape and maintain a respectful, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience,



ideally including consulting and/or team management experience.
- A deep understanding of governance, risk and controls, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- A proven track record of successful delivery across risk management, internal audit, major change or transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, workshop facilitation and report writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear messages to executive and senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
