? Shift Details

This position operates on a weekly rotating roster.

☀️ Week 1 – Day Shift

Monday – Friday

6:00am – 2:30pm

? Week 2 – Afternoon Shift

Monday – Friday

2:15pm – 10:45pm

Please note: Your starting shift will depend on operational requirements.

? About the Role

Working as part of a busy production team, you'll be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, assembling products,



monitoring production processes and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are confident working within a manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality work while maintaining a robust focus on workplace safety.

? Key Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes to achieve daily output targets
- Assemble products and associated components
- Conduct quality inspections and identify product defects
- Accurately complete production records and documentation
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Assist across multiple production areas when required
- Perform manual handling and repetitive production tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Work towards daily production, quality and safety targets
- Promote and contribute to a positive safety-first culture

? Physical Requirements

This role is physically active and may involve:

- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive production tasks
- Manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
- Working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
- Maintaining concentration on detailed production work

- Previous manufacturing, production or factory experience
- Experience operating machinery within a production environment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Reliable transport (essential due to limited public transport)

- Ability to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team

? Training & Development

Comprehensive training will be provided on all site-specific machinery, products and manufacturing processes.
