Your Role: Located in Rydalmere, on Darug land, your role purpose will be:

- Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
- Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
- Prepare technical reports and procedures
- Contribute to HSE improvements
- Drive Lean process improvements
- Accurate record-keeping

Skills & Experience: To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Soldering experience will be a bonus
- Competence in oral and written communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- LEAN or other continuous improvement will be highly desired
- Structured problem solving skills

GOOD TO KNOW Prior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police and (role dependent) medical checks.
