Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to develop and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels. You will manage customer segmentation, build automated workflows, monitor campaign performance, maintain CRM data quality, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
