Role Description Marketing Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining marketing-related digital assets that support TMGM’s global growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating marketing web pages, landing pages, and campaign templates, ensuring seamless integration with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to translate campaign concepts into performant, user-friendly experiences,



and to implement A/B tests and tracking codes.

The Marketing

Developer will monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize page speed and SEO fundamentals, and ensure consistent brand execution across digital touchpoints. This position also contributes to documentation, process improvements, and the evaluation of new tools and technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness. Qualifications

Candidates should possess different social media developing skills, including Red Notes, TikTok, X, Instagram.

Candidates should possess experience with marketing technology, including CRM or marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, and tag management systems.

Candidates should possess skills in performance optimization, basic SEO implementation, and A/B testing for digital campaigns.

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and product stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on high-quality, maintainable code.

Experience in online trading, fintech, or financial services and familiarity with global, multilingual digital marketing environments are beneficial.

A relevant qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Media, Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
