Monkey Media Marketing is a Gold Coast digital marketing agency managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and content for businesses across Australia — spanning hospitality, trade and service, retail, and skilled sectors.

We're opening an internship for students and recent graduates looking to turn study into practical, client-facing experience.

The Role

Work directly with the founders on live accounts: campaign setup, content production, performance monitoring, and reporting. Responsibilities scale with capability, not tenure.

Interns are also encouraged to develop their own client leads. Where an intern originates a project, they receive an agreed share of the revenue it generates — a practical introduction to prospecting, proposals, and negotiation.

Who We're Looking For





Studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar

No professional experience necessary

Clear written and verbal communication

Self-directed, with genuine interest in digital marketing

Useful Skills

Google Ads or Meta Ads, social media management, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, SEO or website fundamentals

Outcomes

Portfolio-ready work from real campaigns
