Marketing Manager – Paid Media, Brand & Events We’re are a neurodivergent lead business looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to grow our brand, lead our digital advertising and become one of its key voices and public faces. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine performance marketing with engaging brand storytelling. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Meta - including Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads, while shaping how our brand looks, sounds and connects with its audience.
A background in events, hospitality, entertainment or experiential marketing is highly desirable.

Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, remarketing and performance reporting.
Monitor key metrics—including leads, conversions, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend—and turn insights into action.
Develop a distinctive, consistent and authentic voice for the brand.
Act as a face of the brand across social media, video content, events and other promotional opportunities.
Create and coordinate engaging content, including social posts, short-form videos, campaign concepts and event-related storytelling.
Build marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, enquiries, ticket sales or bookings.
Maintain a content and campaign calendar aligned with upcoming events and business priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, creatives, venues and event partners.
Identify new trends, audiences and opportunities to grow the brand and its community.
Report on marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in marketing,
ideally within the events, hospitality, entertainment or lifestyle sectors.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, conversion tracking and performance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop a memorable brand voice.
Confidence appearing on camera and representing a brand publicly.
A natural content creator who understands what performs across Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
A balance of creativity and commercial thinking.
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and event deadlines.
A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership.
Experience with analytics, email marketing, content creation or design tools would be an advantage.
