Work experience and skills
● At least 1 year of relevant industry experience 至少一年相关行业经验
● Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus 英语流利，普通话能力为加分项
● Ability to lead and enhance marketing strategies 具备领导和优化营销策略的能力
● Drive to improve brand and increase performance target 有推动品牌发展及提升业绩目标的执行力
● Strong digital literacy: CRMs, Google Ads, Analytics tools 熟练掌握数字工具与平: CRM系统、谷歌广告、数据分析工具等
● Proven experience in Business Development or Market Research 具备商务拓展或市场调研的实际经验
主要职责
- 关注澳洲移民、教育政策及行业动态，分析目标市场、客户需求及竞争环境。
- Monitor Australian immigration and education policies, industry trends, and market dynamics; analyze target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- 负责小红书和微信公众号的内容策划与日常运营, 使用Canva、剪映或其他修图和剪辑工具，优化社交媒体及推广内容的视觉效果
- Manage content planning and daily operations for Rednoteand WeChat Official Account, enhance the visual quality of social media and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or other design and editing tools.
- 制定高效的客户获取与转化策略，优化获客成本和效果, 整合各平台客户线索, 筛选潜在客户并利用CRM系统管理客户数据,与销售部门积极配合,
合理分配客户资源并追踪转化来源
- Develop effective customer acquisition and conversion strategies, optimizing acquisition costs and performance; consolidate leads from various platforms, identify potential clients, and manage customer data through CRM systems; collaborate closely with the sales team to allocate resources effectively and track conversion sources.
- 负责公司的品牌建设，提升品牌知名度和影响力,组织和策划与移民和留学相关的推广活动如地推、讲座和公开课等
- Oversee brand development to enhance brand awareness and market influence, organize and execute promotional activities related to migration and education, such as offline campaigns, seminars, and open classes.
- 与教育机构、移民律师和房地产开发商等相关产业建立并维护合作关系,充分整合各方优势资源,协同推动公司业务发展
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, migration agents, and real estate developers to integrate industry resources and drive business growth collaboratively.
