Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning

Apply your research expertise to design complex, nuanced problem statements that expose the limits of current AI models

Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy, logical soundness, and academic rigor

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to drive improvements in model performance

Ensure depth, clarity,



and intellectual integrity across all deliverables Who You Are Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university

Proven track record in research — publications, complex project work, or advanced technical problem-solving

Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with a sharp eye for detail

Self-directed and comfortable delivering high-quality work independently

Intellectually curious, methodical, and genuinely excited by hard problems Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems

Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages

Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or cross-domain research experience
