Store Manager – MECCA Cairns, QLD We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our MECCA Cairns store on a fixed‑term contract until September 2027. The role typically follows a Tuesday–Saturday rotation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities - Ensure store operations run smoothly and help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences.

- Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback.
- Engage and motivate team members in‑store to meet KPIs and uphold brand values. Success looks like in this role - Minimum three years of experience managing a large‑format retail setting, inspiring, coaching and training large teams.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to create memorable moments for customers.
- Experience coaching and mentoring staff with a focus on development.
