Salary per hour (exc. super): $48.45 - $55.69
Hours per fortnight: Up to 64 Hours
Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time

Join our Older Adult Community Mental Health Team to provide specialised social work services to people aged 65 and over. Primarily based in the Older Persons Community setting, this role also works collaboratively with the Older Persons Inpatient Unit to ensure seamless continuity of care. Deliver meaningful psychosocial interventions, advocacy and care coordination as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
