About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Project Controller to support multidisciplinary projects through effective cost management, budget analysis, and financial oversight. Key Responsibilities





- Provide cost and budget analysis across major programs
- Apply risk management and contingency planning
- Implement budget management frameworks
- Monitor costs, variations, and milestones
- Recommend cost control improvements

About You

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional capable of contributing effectively to complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is suited to a recent university graduate who is eager to develop a career in project controls. Suitable degree backgrounds include Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. To be successful, you will demonstrate an interest in the application of AI, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes

Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in data-driven decision-making, digital tools, AI applications, and process improvement
- Solid attention to detail and analytical capability
