About you

You're a Registered Architect with 10+ years' experience delivering retail, hospitality, wellness or other customer-facing environments from concept through to construction.

You enjoy owning projects end-to-end and are equally comfortable reviewing a potential site, resolving complex documentation, coordinating consultants, responding to site queries or walking a build with a contractor. You understand how to balance thoughtful design with commercial outcomes, and you know that the best spaces aren't just beautiful - they're buildable, practical and deliver consistently great experiences.

You're technically strong, commercially aware, and calm under pressure. You build trust with consultants, builders, landlords and clients, and communicate with clarity at every stage of a project. You're experienced in Revit (preferred) and/or AutoCAD, and you're always looking for smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Most importantly, you care deeply about creating places that positively impact people's lives. You're excited by the chance to help shape CorePlus as it continues to grow nationally and internationally.





About the job

As our Senior Architect, you'll lead the architectural delivery of new and refurbished CorePlus studios across Australia and, over time, internationally. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Brisbane and involves regular interstate travel.

Working closely with our Studio Design & Development team, concept architect, and Studio Partners, you'll own the architectural journey from feasibility and planning through to authority approvals, documentation and construction support. You'll play a critical role in ensuring every studio reflects the CorePlus brand while remaining commercially smart, operationally efficient and highly buildable.

Beyond individual projects, you'll help shape the future of our design standards. You'll strengthen our systems, documentation, and processes, and help evolve a studio model that can confidently scale into new markets, while maintaining the quality and consistency we're known for.

You'll enjoy being close to the action - visiting sites, meeting Studio Partners, collaborating with consultants and providing architectural leadership throughout delivery.
