Position Summary

Senior ServiceNow Consultant – design and delivery of complex, highly bespoke ServiceNow modules for a large Government agency. Based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working model (50% from home).

NV1 eligibility mandatory. Australian citizens only. 6‑month contract, possibility to extend. Up to $1,300/day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, SAM and CMDB.
- Build and optimise CMDB – data models, ingestion, reconciliation, governance.
- Integrate with other systems (e.g., CRM).
- Design and implement customised solutions using advanced scripting.
- Support testing: system, user and security.
- Support release cycles and ensure high‑quality, scalable builds.
- Provide SME advice and resolve design and delivery challenges.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation, training and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications





- Australian citizen NV1 Security cleared or eligible for NV1 clearance.
- Approximately 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform and scripting.
- Proven experience building bespoke ServiceNow solutions in complex and large environments.
- Experience implementing non‑standard modifications and intricate workflows.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.

Preferred Qualifications

- Availability to start quickly and prior experience with ServiceNow customised solutions.

Offices located in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working environment.
