About the Opportunity

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced procurement professionals to join EnergyCo as Senior Project Procurement Advisors, working within project teams to ensure adequate resourcing for the delivery of major infrastructure and Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) projects.

In each hands-on, doer role with up to one direct report, you'll lead end-to-end procurement and contract management activities to ensure critical projects are adequately resourced, partnering with project teams to develop procurement strategies, ensure contractual obligations are met as needed and manage first-hand sourcing and tender processes.

Directly responsible for producing high quality documentation including evaluation reports and briefings, you will also administer contracts and develop data analysis models. Working in a quick-paced and supportive project team, you'll navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balance competing priorities and ensure procurement activities are compliant, commercially sound and aligned with the NSW Government procurement framework.

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable procurement professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving project environments. Comfortable working through ambiguity, you can confidently identify requirements, troubleshoot issues and pivot as project priorities evolve. You bring strong end-to-end procurement and contract management experience,

with a robust understanding of the commercial drivers behind procurement decisions and the ability to provide practical, risk-based advice.

A highly organised self-starter and naturally curious learner, you build strong relationships with stakeholders, juggle multiple priorities with ease and produce high-quality procurement documentation. Your analytical mindset, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and commitment to continuous improvement enable you to deliver consistently successful procurement outcomes.

Experience working on infrastructure or other complex procurement in sectors such as government, infrastructure or consulting is highly regarded. Demonstrated capability to use Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint to analyse and present procurement and commercial data is also highly regarded

Essential Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, law, finance, engineering or a related discipline, and/or equivalent relevant experience
