Change Analyst– Brisbane or Sydney

We are looking for a Change Analyst to join our growing OCM team at DXC. This is a hands‑on role supporting major digital and business transformation programs — helping organisations adopt recent ways of working and realise real outcomes. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, building your skills while delivering meaningful change for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of change, comms and training initiatives
- Analyse stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption risks
- Help run workshops and engagement activities
- Build clear, high‑quality deliverables (presentations, comms, training)
- Translate complex change into easy, practical messages
- Contribute to proposals and internal practice development
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience in change, consulting, or transformation
- Strong communication and structured thinking
- Someone who takes initiative but is happy to learn and follow direction
- High energy, personable, and comfortable working with people at all levels
- Willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality outcomes
- A team player with curiosity and a growth mindset
