An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Survey leader to join a highly regarded national Engineering & Design consultancy in a pivotal leadership position.
This is a rare chance to take ownership of an established Survey business, lead a high-performing team and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth across NSW.
With the backing of a nationally recognised multidisciplinary business, you'll have the autonomy, influence and commercial support to build your own legacy while remaining hands-on with key clients and projects.
Reporting to the State Director, you will lead the Survey business across NSW, taking responsibility for its operational performance, strategic growth and profitability.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will be empowered to make decisions locally, drive business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships across both existing and emerging markets.
You’ll inherit an established team of approximately 30 professionals in NSW while collaborating nationally across engineering, urban planning and property disciplines to deliver integrated client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Survey business across NSW
- Develop and execute strategic business growth initiatives
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Win new work while expanding existing client partnerships
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing technical team
- Drive revenue, profitability and commercial performance
- Oversee project delivery, resource planning and financial performance
- Support recruitment, succession planning and future leadership development
- Foster a team-oriented, high-performance culture focused on exceptional client outcomes
You are an established Survey leader with strong commercial capability and an extensive industry network.
