We are seeking an experienced Program or Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination and administration of multiple projects, ensuring productive delivery and compliance with organisational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and administer organisational programs, projects and support services across multiple business operations.
- Develop, review and coordinate project plans, schedules and documentation, including variations where required.
- Manage project records, correspondence, contracts and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients to facilitate project delivery and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Respond to project enquiries,



resolve administrative issues and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance and report variations, project progress and outstanding actions to senior management.
- Prepare management reports, project submissions, meeting minutes and status updates.
- Collect, analyse and maintain project data to assist management with project planning, performance monitoring and decision making.
- Identify administrative risks, recommend process improvements and implement approved project administration procedures.
- Support multiple concurrent commercial, civil and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational requirements.
