Dynamic Electrical Solutions is a Brisbane-based electrical contractor specialising in mechanical electrical and Building Management System (BMS) installations. With a strong pipeline of secured projects across Brisbane for the next three years, we are looking for additional permanent team members to support our continued growth.

About the Role

We are seeking qualified electricians with experience in mechanical and HVAC electrical systems. We also welcome applications from capable electricians who are interested in developing their skills in this specialised field. You will work as part of an experienced team delivering mechanical electrical and BMS projects across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete electrical installations associated with mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Install, modify and retrofit Building Management Systems.
- Install and connect mechanical services switchboards, control panels, field devices, motors, pumps, fans and associated equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
- Complete testing, fault-finding, commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors and other trades.
- Complete projects safely, efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation.





Qualifications and Experience

- Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence.
- Electrical trade qualification.
- Mechanical electrical, HVAC or control-system experience is preferred but not essential.
- Basic exposure to Building Management Systems would be advantageous.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet project deadlines.
- Australian permanent residency or unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
