INTURA are actively recruiting a trade-qualified Mechanic with workshop supervisory experience looking for work/life balance on a Monday to Friday roster who is based driving distance to Roma and who can coordinate the day to day operations of our busy workshop.
About the Role
This role is based in Roma and will require someone locally based or willing to relocate. This position will supervise and manage the workshop workflow processes from start to finish including the coordination of trade staff supported by your own mechanical expertise.
Working closely with both direct & indirect staff you will manage these key relationships across the business to ensure an effective daily operation.
About You:
- Mechanical Trade qualification ideally Heavy Diesel
- Experience managing basic workshop workflow processes from start to finish
- Exposure to gas engines, gas compressor packages, auxiliary equipment and small engines would be highly advantageous
- Ability to manage relationships with direct reports and indirect reports across the business
- Proven experience in stakeholder reporting – Risk issues, status of jobs etc.
- Current driver's license
