We are on the look out for an energetic, enthusiastic, active and friendly staff member to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic including some medical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and service to patients of all ages along with the ability to multitask in a fast paced workplace.
Permanent casual position with a minimum of 20 hours per week and the option to increase. Medical reception experience preferred but not essential. On-the-job training provided.
