We welcome outstanding candidates to join the Complete Children's Health team as a Medical Receptionist for our Specialist Practices located in Moonee Ponds & Keilor. We take pride in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and dedicated individual to join us.

Our Specialist Practice is always buzzing with activity, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. We require a member of staff who is a team player, can follow direction and is also pro-active.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in managing the varied daily operations of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and assisting patients, efficiently scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and accounts ensuring patient confidentiality. You'll also contribute to the overall patient experience by optimising appointment scheduling and ensuring our young patients and their families feel cared for and supported throughout their visits.

You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a medical setting to excel in this role. Familiarity with Genie medical software and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite will be essential to navigating our practice's administrative tasks effectively.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

We are open to applicants who want long term work ranging between 3-5 day weeks. On occasion this may include some Saturday work as well to cover staff when they are on leave.
