You will own the member journey from join to stay, coach and mentor staff, and partner with leadership to deliver service excellence and sales targets. You will implement coaching, training, and initiatives that boost member retention, maximise revenue, and ensure timely responses to inquiries, with a solid focus on customer experience and KPI achievement.
