HomeRepair is seeking a capable and customer-focused Mid-Level IT Support Officer to join our Melbourne-based team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an opportunity for an experienced IT support professional who enjoys solving technical problems, helping people get the most out of technology, and contributing beyond the traditional service desk environment.
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you'll provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across the business, supporting employees with hardware, software, user access, workplace technology and business systems. You'll also play an important role in onboarding and offboarding, device management, technology improvements and IT projects.

What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, End User Computing or similar role
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience managing user accounts and access permissions
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Highly Regarded:
- Experience supporting mobile devices and modern workplace technologies
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices and access governance
- Experience participating in technology projects, system upgrades or deployments
- Experience with endpoint management and device lifecycle management
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across the business
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, application and connectivity issues
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provisioning and managing user accounts and system access
- Supporting laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools and meeting room technology
- Maintaining technology assets and equipment records
- Working with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
- Contributing to technology improvements and IT projects
- Supporting a secure, reliable and efficient technology environment
