Lead, coach and strengthen practice within SRAC's newly established Family Preservation program, delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed support.
Be Recruitment is proud to partner with Sydney Region Aboriginal Corporation (SRAC) to recruit a Family Preservation Senior Case Worker and Case Workers to join the organisation's newly established Family Preservation program.
This is an exciting chance to join a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) at the beginning of a new program, helping shape practice, build strong community relationships and support Aboriginal children and families through culturally safe, trauma-informed services.

About the Role
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management to children, young people and families, supporting them to remain safely together wherever possible.
You'll be responsible for:
- Lead, coach and support a team of Case Workers and Family Support Workers.
- Deliver high-quality Family Preservation casework and oversee complex family assessments.
- Strengthen outcomes for Aboriginal children, families, and communities through culturally safe practice.
- Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the program.
- Work collaboratively with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated casework and leadership experience within Family Preservation, Child Protection, Intensive Family Support or a related setting
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and child protection
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Diploma in Community Services (or equivalent), or significant relevant experience
