We are partnering with a PE-backed technology business to appoint a Chief of Staff, working as a trusted advisor to the CEO during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

This is a highly visible role at the centre of the business, providing strategic and operational support across key priorities. You'll help drive execution of the company's strategic agenda, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

We're looking to speak with exceptional strategy consultants who are keen to move into an operating role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
- Exposure to technology, software, SaaS, fintech, AI or other technology-enabled sectors
- Strong problem-solving,



analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading strategic, transformation or operational improvement initiatives
- The ability to influence senior executives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
