Fleet Controller - Crane & Transport Allocator

Tasks & responsibilities

Coordinate the allocation of equipment and personnel to ensure each job meets the client specification and safety standards.

Allocated work is carried out on time and in budget.

Provide estimates to clients in requested timeframes.

Ensure scheduling and personnel system data is accurate and up to date.

Contributing to relevant projects and their implementation.

Meeting and exceeding customer service level requirements.

Recommending process and/or system innovations to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience





A strong customer service focus and commitment.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Solid experience managing employee relations; leadership coaching, technical coaching, managing personnel against company values.

Experience of coordinating personnel and equipment in a quality-controlled service environment.

Maximise the utilisation of company equipment and personnel.

Ability to input information into software systems in conjunction with customer interactions.

A solid ability to solve problems and a high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal communication and strong written skills.

Sound general administrative skills and computer literacy.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team to deliver outcomes.
