Box Recruitment is supporting an established Sydney based civil contractor with a Project Engineer opportunity as they add to a growing team to support an influx of projects across Sydney.

Last year was a very succesful year for the business and the next 2 will be even greater. With a substantial pipeline of projects to be delivered and executed for Sydney Water in 2026 and beyond, have peace of mind that you will join a stable and performing business.

They are now expanding their engineering team to support multiple current project awards.

This role is a 50/50 combination of Site and office based work.

The business will interview as early as next week.

You are

- Motivated, organised and a strong communicator
- Experienced as a Site or Project Engineer and a confident communicator who canCoordinate subcontractors, site activities and daily project progress
- Assist with project projgramming, cost tracking and resource allocation
- Take pride in your word and hold yourself to values you are able to communicate to your team
- A team player with genuine care for their team
- Maintaining a high standard of safety onsite
- Track and schedule resource plant and material requirements
- We present your salary expectations to the business who genuinely consider candidates on a case by case basis
- Experience a real recruitment process with swift decisions and feedback at every stage
