What You Will Do
Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Maintain and audit employee data across HR systems, trackers, and dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely transfer of employee data and proactively improve workflows between teams.
Administer employee benefits, including issuing, updating, and cancelling access in line with employment changes.
Support payroll administration activities such as timesheet tracking, follow-up on approvals, leave processing and data validation.
Generate HR and payroll reports, using data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Continuously review HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve the employee and manager experience.
Manage operational HR programs including service awards, recognition initiatives, and Gallup Strengths assessments.
Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, employment conditions, and lifecycle processes while delivering a customer-focused experience.
Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance HR operations, scalability, and service delivery across the business.
What You Will Need
Required Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, HR, payroll, or coordination role.
Completion of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, or data management tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes, solving problems, and driving efficiencies.
Preferred Experience supporting payroll or employee lifecycle processes.
Exposure to HR reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience identifying and implementing workflow improvements, system enhancements, or automation opportunities.
Experience administering employee benefits, recognition programs, or HR projects.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
