AVID Property Group seeks an Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate and secure residential development sites across Queensland for its masterplanned communities and land lease projects. You will build relationships with landowners, agents and stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies and commercial analyses to drive growth.

You will lead negotiations, manage due diligence and present opportunities to the Executive team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and long-term value
