Business Review Group (BRG) is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Officer to support the sustainment of the Australian Defence Force's Battlefield Command System (BCS) within the LC4S Branch / Land Command Support System SPO (CA31). This role will contribute to the sustainment of tactical communications capabilities that enable secure battlefield command and control across the Australian Defence Force. Working within an integrated Defence team, you will support logistics, fleet and asset management activities while ensuring Defence capability remains operational and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across tactical communications capability.
- Manage logistics, fleet and asset management activities supporting Defence systems.
- Support inventory management, asset accountability and sustainment planning.
- Conduct logistics research, analysis and technical assessments.
- Contribute to the development and review of logistics policies, procedures and processes.
- Provide advice on Defence logistics legislation, policy and governance.
- Work collaboratively with Defence personnel and industry stakeholders.
- Assist with workflow coordination, task prioritisation and mentoring of team members where required.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with Defence legislative and regulatory frameworks.
About You
You Will Ideally Have
- NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Approximately 5+ years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support, logistics engineering or Defence fleet management.
- Defence logistics or communications equipment experience.
- Experience using MILIS (desirable).
- Experience using CMT-L (desirable).
- Experience using SAP / Defence ERP systems (desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within Defence logistics and sustainment environments.
Location
- Victoria Barracks, Melbourne.
- Candidates must be based in Melbourne.

This position requires access to US Export Controlled Materiel (ITAR).
