Leaders play a key role in advancing the mission of St Margaret Mary's College by providing leadership that enhances student learning, strengthens teaching practice, and supports the strategic priorities of the College. They foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality programs are effectively planned, implemented, and evaluated across their area of responsibility. Successful applicants will demonstrate leadership across three key dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership, and strategic leadership.

We are currently inviting applications for the following Middle Leader positions: Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive setting will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff. You’ll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
