Morning Shift: $34.96 per hour (7:00am - 3:00pm) Afternoon Shift: $40.20 per hour (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mixing Operator to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Heidelberg West. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing Monday to Friday work with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position after 6 months. Successful candidates will commence on the morning shift for training and onboarding before transitioning to the afternoon shift in mid-September.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate industrial mixing equipment according to production specifications
- Accurately weigh, measure and batch ingredients
- Monitor product consistency and quality throughout the mixing process




- Complete production documentation and batch records
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the mixing area
- Follow all workplace health, safety and food safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment faults, quality concerns and production issues as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Mixing Operator or in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience following recipes, batch sheets or production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Understanding of food safety, GMP and hygiene requirements
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing employment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
