Position Summary

This is a hands-on marketing role responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and activities that increase brand awareness, generate quality sales leads), and drive more visitors to our Display Village. The successful candidate will work closely with the management and sales team to ensure all marketing activities contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing activities.

Digital Marketing

- Manage the company's website content and ensure it remains up to date.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, as well as other relevant platforms.
- Plan and create engaging contents including photos, videos, customer stories, blogs,



and newsletters (with tech support and cooperations of the current staff).
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Improve online visibility through SEO and local search optimisation.

Leads Generation

- Develop marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales enquiries.
- Increase traffic to the company's Display Village through targeted promotions and community engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise results.
- Build and maintain a marketing database for email campaigns and customer nurturing.

Community & Partnership Marketing

- Build relationships with local businesses, developers, suppliers, and community organisations.
- Coordinate sponsorships, local events, exhibitions, and display home promotions.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand exposure.

Marketing Analytics

- Track key marketing metrics including:
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Display Village visitor numbers
- Social media engagement
- Advertising ROI

- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.




- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Desirable:
- Experience in the residential building, construction, property, or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM systems.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience organising events and promotional activities.

Employment Details
