About You

You’re a dedicated practitioner who genuinely loves the "puzzle" of a client’s body. You are driven by patient outcomes, not just session numbers, and you thrive on building deep, long-term relationships with the people under your care. You know that sustainable recovery happens when clinical expertise meets tailored movement. You are a "sponge" who wants to collaborate with an experienced team, share findings on complex cases, and continually elevate your clinical practice.

Your Role & Responsibilities

- 1-1 Clinical Excellence: Lead high-quality 1-1 Physiotherapy consultations, conducting comprehensive assessments and designing evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
- 1-1 Private Movement Sessions: Utilise 1-1 Clinical exercise or pilates apparatus-based exercise to guide patients from acute rehab to functional strength.
- Intimate Group Instruction: Lead 1 to 3 small-group Clinical exercise sessions per week (max 3 clients), bringing clinical precision into a motivating group environment.
- Caseload Management: Build, nurture, and retain a loyal private patient list through exceptional rapport, clear treatment roadmaps, and preventive education.




- Collaborative Case Reviews: Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions to discuss complex cases alongside a team with 20+ years of combined clinical experience.

Experience & Requirements

- Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration and valid Australian working rights.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in private practice or MSK settings.
- Clinical Skills: Robust movement-based rehab focus. Post-graduate training or courses in Sports, MSK and/or Women’s Health is highly desirable.
- Pilates Qualifications: Pilates certification (Mat/Reformer/Apparatus) is ideal, but a passion for exercise-based rehab and a willingness to learn is what matters most.
- Core Personality: Personable, warm, and hyper-focused on human connection and client retention.
