As our new Barista, you will

- Bring a genuine passion for coffee and consistently prepare high-quality beverages
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

- Deliver outstanding customer service,



creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Bar & Gaming Attendant - Drive the Venue Atmosphere As our new Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will:

- Have a current RCG and RSA
- Previous bar experience is preferred
- Beeager to learn and develop your skills
- Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced setting
- Have availability to work evenings & late nights up until 2am (if you're studying this is a great opportunity)

Front of House / Wait Staff - Bring Surprise & Delight to Every Interaction As our newFront of house / Wait Staff member, you will:

- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
- Deliver attentive table service, responding promptly and positively to all enquiries and requests.
- Maintain Ballina RSL’s high service standards by resolving issues professionally and exceeding guest expectations.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to support a respectful, inclusive, and efficient workplace.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and venue presentation while embodying our values of kindness, initiative, respect, and people‑first service.
