These roles sit within our Uvance Wayfinders Global Practice, Fujitsu's newly established consulting brand, you will contribute to this by helping clients define how to harness the power of technology to outperform their peers and drive new frontiers of growth and profitability. We are primarily seeking Perth based candidates across levels from Consultant through to Senior Manager. We encourage candidates to apply, and our recruiter will review your experience to determine which level you are best aligned to. We are open to industry experience across sectors; however, if you have experience in mining, infrastructure, or utilities, please emphasise this in your application.

Our consultant role holder is focused on understanding and resolving client issues through research, analysis, and recommendations, balancing strategic and operational perspectives to deliver client value. Whereas our Senior Consultants are responsible for owning and delivering work packages end-to-end, translating analysis into clear, actionable implications that drive transformative client outcomes. The role manages workstreams,



supports delivery and business development, and contributes to practice growth, while uplifting team capability through coaching on work quality, structure, and core consulting fundamentals.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong growth mindset. It’s an exciting time to join Uvance Wayfinders as they expand across the Oceania region. Ideally, we are looking for more senior candidates at the Manager and Senior Manager level with existing consulting experience.

They will beleading the delivery of consulting engagements by managing workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused results. Both these roles will act as trusted advisors to senior stakeholders and drives account growth through identification of new opportunities within engagements.
