Precision Physiotherapy WA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team in Alfred Cove, Perth, Western Australia.

This is a full time position offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse patient population. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our clinical operations, providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to help patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions and improve their functional capacity. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the reputation of Precision Physiotherapy WA as a leading provider of physiotherapy services.
Key responsibilities Assess patients through comprehensive clinical examinations, including objective testing and subjective history-taking, to determine appropriate treatment plans
Develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's specific condition, goals and functional requirements
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional retraining.
Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey and adjust therapy programmes accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide patient education regarding injury prevention, self-management strategies and exercise adherence to support long-term recovery
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including patient records, progress notes and treatment outcomes
Liaise and communicate effectively with general practitioners, specialists and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and referrals
Contribute to a professional and collaborative team environment,
supporting colleagues and participating in clinical meetings and professional development activities
Maintain your work-space/room and work as a team member at reception.
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by Physiotherapy Australia
Current full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Demonstrated clinical skills in assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and ability to apply current research to clinical decision-making
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly to patients and healthcare professionals
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a patient caseload and maintain comprehensive documentation
Team-player mentality with willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture
